Mitch is a Round Rock native and a former patient of Active Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation. He graduated from Texas Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with specialization in Exercise Science. While there, he was a member of the TLU Men’s Soccer Team for 4 years. He is currently working on his preceptorship while he is finishing his Doctor of Chiropractic education at Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri. While at Logan University, he was a student representative for the Rehab2Performance organization, a national organization dedicated to teaching students how to bridge the gap between rehabbing a patient and having them train for performance. He is certified in Dry Needling, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Functional Range Conditioning, and has taken a variety of courses in McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, MPI adjusting and clinical integration, and more. He is an avid runner, and enjoys watching soccer and Formula 1 racing.
